What to Expect
A Thorough Assessment
The beta onboarding process will guide you efficiently through the necessary health profile completion and at-home lab testing steps to secure your eligibility for a virtual consultation with our MySpecialtyDoc medical provider, Dr. Lucia Mireles-Chavez.
A Telemed Video Consult & Prescription
Based on the initial assessment of your health profile and lab test results, Dr. Chavez will develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, with bioidentical hormone replacement prescriptions to address imbalances and health goals.
Your Feedback is Appreciated
Following your doctor consultation, we will send a survey for your feedback. Your input is important and will be used to inform our ongoing portal improvements. In appreciation of your support and feedback, your beta lab test and virtual consultation are complimentary.
Important Dates to Remember
It will be necessary for you to stay on track with the step-by-step timeline in order for eligibility in the alpha appointments available. If you do not send in your sample by your deadline, you will no longer be eligible. Please follow the guidance on the following pages to complete each step. Once steps 1-4 are complete, we will contact you for a confirmed consultation appointment time with our MySpecialtyDoc medical provider, Dr. Lucia Mireles-Chavez.
